Administer and maintain supplier files, contracts, amendments, letters and other documents
Manage contract filing system including tracking methodologies and contact information
Prepare and disseminate information to appropriate vendors regarding contract / account status, facilitate contractor meetings, and ensure timely execution of deliverables
Responsible for new supplier onboarding, utility account creation, and execute all required documentation for new site launches
Manage property management tenant communications including formal correspondence regarding utilities and other base building services
Create contract abstracts that identify major highlights of the contract including spend and legal changes
Manage new supplier onboarding including JLL / Client systems, supplier rollout and transition support
Validate contract questions and requests for account team including facility managers
COI management for new and existing suppliers including validation of all applicable insurance requirements and expirations
Facilitate the documentation of scopes of work that fully capture service descriptions, fees, deliverables, and other attributes
Support formal Supplier Management Program aggregating performance data into Scorecards with Key Performance Indicators
Self-starter, pro-active and require a minimum level of supervision
Excellent customer service, oral and written communication skills a must
Purchasing and/or Supply Chain Management or Business Degree with 1-3 years’ experience, C.P.M./CPSM certification a plus
Proficient in all MS applications, particularly Excel and Power Point, experience with ERP systems a plus
Tactical and strategic abilities necessary to successfully complete daily Sourcing and Contract duties
