SUMMARY We are currently seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our Seattle, WA Team within our Project and Development Services Division. We are looking for an individual who will be responsible for leading large and complex commercial tenant improvement projects and is aligned with our team’s priorities:

The Senior Project Manager will report to the Vice President of Project Development Services and will be joining a project team which services a high profile Seattle client. Project types will typically include renovations of existing commercial office space, construction of new office tenant improvements and other related commercial building infrastructure projects. Most project work will be primarily in Seattle, but some travel will be required.
We are looking for a candidate with a solid background (5-10 years of relevant professional experience) in either project management or construction management. Experience with technical projects such as labs, life sciences, bio med facilities, data centers, and/or ground up construction is desirable, but not required.
EDUCATION AND TRAINING Undergraduate Degree required in Construction Management, Project Management, Architecture, Engineering and/or Finance
RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Interface & Project Team Relationship Management
Experience with Budget & Milestone/Schedule Development, Management and Tracking
RFP Generation, Interviewing, Analysis & Recommendations of Project Team Assembly Including: o Architect/Interior Designer/Procurement Agent o Bidding General Contractor Services & Hard Bid Analysis
Oversight of FF&E & 3rd party Procurement Process
Ability to Read & Understand Construction Drawings & Specifications
Assist Owner with Contract Negotiations
Analyze & Negotiate Change Orders
Strong familiarity with Lease Negotiations, in particular regarding Base Building delivery and Work letters
Technical Expertise: Proficient in Excel, Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Project, Word
5-10 years of experience.
Business Acumen: Respected for professional and savvy business sense
Ability to manage multiple projects at one time which will be in various stages
Ability to interact with multiple stakeholders and pro-actively anticipate their needs
Planning and Organizing: Establish course of action to accomplish goals, evaluates results, develops schedules, and can orchestrate multiple activities at once by effectively utilizing resources
