ROLE
You will be at the heart of JLL Integrated Facilities Management team driving sourcing strategies for local, regional, and national initiatives for one of the world’s largest online retailers. You’ll partner with our Facility Management leaders across North America to ensure superior service, drive cost savings, and maximize up-time for the client. Your ability to build relationships and work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and partner vendors will be critical to your success.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage supplier identification and onboarding process for all new sites including supplier setup, COI management, Scope of Work documentation, contract development, and pricing management
- Develop sourcing strategies for local, regional, and national initiatives for facility management services and provide regular consultation and guidance to client and account team
- Develop category plans to provide visibility to subcategory spends, supplier summaries, stakeholder engagement plans, contract summaries and market insights that lead to both short and long-term strategies
- Assess and build annual sourcing initiatives that provide detailed service commodity strategies that identify objectives, leveraged spend initiative, and milestone timelines; track and report progress on regular intervals
- Responsible for communication, coordination and implementation of local and regional sourcing initiatives and contract negotiations to suppliers and operations team
- Support contracting of all suppliers based on client-requirements for PO’s and MSA’s including negotiation, contract development and reporting as required by client.
- Assess, develop and segment supply base to optimize supplier relationships
- Conduct local and regional Preferred Supplier performance review meetings, manage supplier scorecards, contract compliance and service obligations
- Benchmark current rate structures, service programs and apply market intelligence to improve cost and efficiencies
- Support a supplier diversity program in accordance with client and company requirements and report performance as required
- Maintain contact and regular communication with site leads across portfolio to ensure continuity in supplier performance
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Purchasing, Supply Chain Management, Business, Economics or other applicable degree
- Minimum of 5-7 years strategic sourcing experience for facilities services categories
- Minimum of 2-5 years’ experience in Supplier Performance Management
- Proven ability to multitask and work independently
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Computer proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
