Job Description	POSITION PURPOSE Performs a variety of professional level accounting duties involved in preparing, maintaining, analyzing, verifying, and reconciling complex financial transactions, statements, records, and reports; maintains the accuracy of the ledgers and financial systems; assists in the preparation of budgets and provides guidance to management and client.   RESPONSIBILITIES Prepare bi-weekly invoices for payroll and management fees. Review, reconcile, and prepare monthly invoices for travel and other pass-through expenses. Responsible for month-end close, accruals, and account reconciliations. Maintain the accounting system including requesting new codes for site launches. Make and review journal entries for accruals and various expenses. Prepare timely and accurate reports for client and corporate headquarters. Assist team with forecasting, budgeting and analysis. Create and maintain documentation of accounting processes and procedures. Respond to client and accountant management accounting questions. Special projects and other functions as required by manager, client, and corporate headquarters.    QUALIFICATIONS 3-5 years of relevant work experience. Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA a plus. Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook. Proficiency in computer-based accounting applications required. Experience with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (E1) platform is a plus. Strong organizational and coordination skills required. Self-starter with a positive attitude and can complete tasks with little or no direction. Strong presentation and communication skills (oral and written) required. Demonstrates consistency in values, principles and work ethic.
