Responsibilities:
Identify, pursue, negotiate, develop and implement plan with new customers.
Function in a full sales capacity while also assisting customers with technical support, product expertise and application of the product line.
Manage and develop current customer accounts, account receivables and expenses to achieve sales growth and /or profit objectives.
Work with your counterparts to provide product and application training and assist them in finding new accounts and selling TrueFinish products.
Requirements:
You find that transforming something strong into something superior takes just as much effort but is much more thrilling.
Business degree or relevant work experience. A preference is given to candidates who have a minimum of 3 years of sales and/or technical skills in industrial OEM coatings and a strong knowledge of the coatings’ market.
Strong interpersonal skills - to communicate effectively with all customer levels (business owners, purchasing personnel, product users)
Solid communications to bring ideas to life, to energize them, to make them exciting and vivid.
Ability and comfort level to work independently in the market and function in an industrial setting with little direct support.
Flawless driving records.
Willingness to travel within your assigned territory and to company meetings.
