Overall Purpose of Position: Ensure proper staffing and scheduling levels, expense analysis, and ensure compliance with the financial components of the Corporate Audit.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Work with Operations management team to ensure appropriate staffing
Partner with operations to create week out staffing schedule with daily updates.
Analyze current staffing levels vs. projected workload to determine correct FT/PT staffing ratios in order to maximize productivity
Partner with HR to provide staffing recommendations
Follow company work rules/guidelines for calling in associates
Run weekly query to ensure min/max hours are sustained for each associate
Validate accurate timekeeping in Kronos, confirm schedules and make corrections to clockings
Ensure associates book to correct GL account
Maintain Learning Matrix-cross training spreadsheet for all part-time associates
Maintain overtime and average hours reports
Review and maintain expense controls
Provide information necessary to complete ROF, and assist with seasonal/annual budget planning.
Monitor and review monthly expenditures vs. budget and provide meaningful variance analysis, as directed by Finance Manager.
Assist in closing process to ensure timely and accurate booking of expense and allocations
Other functions deemed necessary by management.
