DUTIES: Develop solutions to complex business and technical problems utilizing advanced techniques, knowledge and expertise; support different interfaces such as Diameter Gx, Rx, Sd, Sy and ‘Sy-Like’ between PCRF, PCEF, IMS, TDF, OCS and UDR; contribute to Network Design Requirements (NDR) and technical reviews and updates; find and highlight any errors in the plan at the start of a project; coordinate with the vendors for all the defects and issues for software releases; develop new concepts, methods and techniques for cross-functional initiatives; mentor and provide technical guidance and coordinate across multiple departments; design and set up the Simulated Field Environment (SFE); prepare Method of Procedure (MOP) for various customer and vendor releases.
REQUIREMENTS: Requires a Master’s or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Information Systems, Electronic Engineering or Computer Science and two years of experience in the job offered or two years of experience in supporting different interfaces such as Diameter Gx, Rx, Sd, Sy and ‘Sy-Like’ between PCRF, PCEF, IMS, TDF, OCS and UDR; contributing to Network Design Requirements (NDR) and technical reviews and updates; finding and highlighting any errors in the plan at the start of a project; coordinating with the vendors for all the defects and issues for software releases.
